We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams. This hybrid role requires someone who can manage software development projects while also taking ownership of product planning, documentation, and continuous product improvement.

The ideal candidate has experience working directly with external clients, understands how to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, and is comfortable working closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams. A technical background is highly preferred, as the role requires a solid understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, and software development best practices.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with distributed teams while managing projects and products for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end software development projects from initiation through deployment.

Plan, manage, and monitor project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and status updates.

Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.

Product Management

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.

Prioritize product backlogs and work closely with the engineering team on feature delivery.

Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve product usability and user experience.

Ensure product documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct requirement gathering workshops, product demonstrations, and progress reviews.

Manage client expectations while maintaining strong relationships.

Communicate project progress, risks, and product updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Product Quality & Continuous Improvement

Independently test the product to ensure product quality and successful feature releases.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and product validation.

Analyze user feedback and recommend product improvements.

Support post-launch monitoring and continuous product enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst in software development projects.

Proven experience managing external clients or customer-facing software implementation projects.

Experience managing software products throughout the product lifecycle.

Strong experience writing product documentation, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.

Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical background in software development, system analysis, or solution architecture.

Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and system integrations.

Experience conducting software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or product validation.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Asana.

Experience creating wireframes, process flows, or user journey documentation.

Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts is a plus.

Experience working in a consulting company or software house is highly preferred.
