Job summary

PT. Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a Project & Technical Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering projects, NPIs, and model transfers from development to implementation.

You will coordinate BOMs, drawings, specifications, and engineering documents while driving changes with the mother company and suppliers. You will mentor the Project & Technical Engineering team and collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Tooling to ensure on-time milestones and

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Experience in NPI/model transfer and supplier development preferred.
• Strong understanding of BOM, drawings, specifications, engineering changes, and documentation.
• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Project, NPI, and model transfer from development to implementation.
• Manage BOM, drawings, specifications, WI, and engineering documents including revision control.
• Coordinate Engineering Change (ECR/ECN/ECO) and ensure proper implementation.
• Act as main technical interface with mother company for engineering requirements, changes, and clarification.
• Lead local supplier development including packaging, tooling, jig/fixture, and other engineering requirements.
• Coordinate engineering document translation, technical review, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Tooling to support project teams.
• Coordinate sample development, trial, validation, and follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor project timeline, milestones, risks, and actions to ensure on-time completion.
• Lead and develop the Project & Technical Engineering team.

Key responsibilities

Lead Engineering Project, NPI, and model transfer from development to implementation

Manage BOM, drawing, specification, WI, and engineering document including revision control

Coordinate Engineering Change (ECR/ECN/ECO) and ensure proper implementation

Act as the main technical interface with mother company for engineering requirements, changes, and technical clarification

Lead local supplier development, including packaging, tooling, jig/fixture, and other engineering requirements

Coordinate engineering document translation, technical review, and distribution

Work closely with Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Tooling to ensure project teams

Coordinate sample development, trial, validation, and technical follow up with suppliers and internal teams

Monitor project timeline, milestone, risk, and action items to ensure on time completion

Lead and develop the Project & Technical Engineering team

Qualification

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field

Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position or related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Experience in NPI/model transfer and supplier development is preferred

Strong understanding of BOM, drawing, specification, engineering change, and technical documentation

Strong project management, problem solving, communication, and coordination skills
