Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a capable project manager to drive product development and delivery, ensuring schedules, quality, and cost targets are met. You will support project management activities across phases, monitor milestones, and oversee equipment installation and commissioning progress.

You will identify and analyze risks, collaborate with teams to implement mitigation strategies, supervise documentation for each phase, and coordinate resources to prevent inter-project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Motion Control.
• Proactive, responsible, and resilient under pressure; strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills; team player with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively
• Strong problem solving and risk management capabilities, able to collaborate with teams to analyze and resolve issues systematically.
• Experience in non standard automation equipment project management and familiarity with project management processes is a plus.
• Prior experience in multinational companies or internships is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
