Job summary

OSI Electronics in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key client projects from quotation through closure. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years in PCBA/EMS manufacturing, strong English communication, and proven leadership in complex projects. Travel locally and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer projects from quotation, project kick-off, NPI, pilot run, mass production, and project closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate NPI activities including tooling, fixtures, materials readiness, process qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities and drive corrective actions when project issues arise.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate project reviews and provide regular status updates to customers and management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' strengths
• Track project performance, aiming to meet short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
• Demonstrate integrity, innovation, accountability, and teamwork in all actions
• Report to management any quality problems or defects for corrective action
• Duties may be modified to meet business needs

Responsibilities

Role : As the Project Manager responsible is to manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Qualifications

• 7 years or more of experience in Production and manufacturing, Program Management, within a PCBA/EMS manufacturing environment, with demonstrated knowledge of NPI, manufacturing operations, quality systems, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.
