Fresh Factory is looking for a Tech Support to support our day-to-day technology and IT operations in Jakarta. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues and assist with device management to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or similar role.
• Good understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to work WFO in South Jakarta.
