Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support or technical support experience.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with user account, access, and device management.
• Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory.
• Coordinate with external vendors or IT partners when required.
• Maintain documentation of IT issues, solutions, and assets.
• Support other IT-related activities as assigned.
