Job summary

Fresh Factory is seeking an Operation Support to enhance daily operations through system management, data processing, and reporting. You will develop, maintain, and improve applications, manage databases and SQL queries, and create dashboards for operational monitoring and decision-making.

The role requires 1–3 years in Operation Support or related fields, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams. WFO in South Jakarta is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics.

Fresh Factory is looking for an Operation Support to support our daily operations through system management, data processing, reporting, and operational improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of applications/systems based on operational needs.

Manage databases, SQL queries, and data processing to support operational activities and reporting.

Develop and maintain dashboards and data-based reports for operational monitoring and decision-making.

Conduct testing and validation of system changes or developments before implementation.

Monitor system and data-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Support operational analysis and process improvements through data and system solutions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in Operation Support, Business Process, Data Analyst, System Support, or similar roles.

Good knowledge of SQL and database management.

Experience with dashboard and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Willing to work WFO in South Jakarta.
