Ruangkerja in Yogyakarta seeks an operations lead to manage end-to-end teacher operations, aligning recruitment, onboarding, and allocation with class needs. You will ensure readiness and availability for online and offline classes through scheduling and coverage planning.

You will monitor teacher performance and coordinate with Academic & Training teams, handle payroll recaps with data accuracy, and oversee day-to-day class operations including replacements and rescheduling.

Formación

• Experience in operations, education, or project management (scheduling or people operations a plus).
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and administrative ability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills in handling day-to-day operational issues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end teacher operations (recruitment, onboarding, and allocation) based on class needs.
• Ensure teacher readiness and availability across online & offline classes (scheduling and subject coverage).
• Monitor teacher performance (SQT, UKRG, ratings) and coordinate follow-ups with Academic & Training teams.
• Handle teacher payroll recap and validation, ensuring data accuracy before submission to payroll PIC.
• Lead class operations, including readiness, scheduling, and handling day-to-day issues (reschedule, replacement, etc.).
