Job summary

Ruangguru in Indonesia is seeking an Operations Scheduling Specialist to design and manage class timetables for B2C students and B2B partners, ensuring data accuracy in the system.

You will assign tutors based on expertise and availability, send reminders, track attendance, and resolve bottlenecks to keep sessions on track. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; open to high-performing fresh graduates.
• 1 year of experience in operations administration, CX, or academic scheduling is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy when managing complex, multi-channel scheduling data.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (lookup formulas, filters, and PivotTables).
• Friendly, clear, and professional communication with students, parents, tutors, and partner representatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, map, and continuously update class schedules for B2C students and B2B school partnership projects accurately within the operational system.
• Assign qualified tutors in the system based on subject expertise, schedule availability, location preferences, and specific student/school requirements.
• Send daily session reminders, track real-time tutor and student attendance, and proactively intervene to prevent class cancellations or delays.
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for inquiries, rescheduling requests, and daily operational issues from students, parents, tutors, and partner school representatives.
• Quickly address and resolve on-the-ground operational bottlenecks (such as last-minute tutor replacements or schedule conflicts) to ensure uninterrupted learning sessions.
• Maintain precise documentation of class data, attendance logs, and daily/weekly session status updates for regional and central management reports.
