Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage daily learning operations across partner schools in Indonesia. You will handle smart class distribution, real-time attendance, and schedule oversight to ensure uninterrupted learning experiences.

Collaborating with B2B Sales, regional teams, Academic Quality, and Product, you will drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and deliver timely support to schools, teachers, and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong empathy and dedication to delivering a seamless customer experience for schools, teachers, and students.
• Comfortable working with operational metrics/KPIs (e.g., Class Fulfillment Rate, Attendance Rate) and proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust and communicate effectively with school leaders, teachers, and cross-functional teams.
• Critical thinker and capable of managing dynamic priorities and resolving operational issues on the fly.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to take full ownership of school project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience across all partner schools under Ruangguru project.
• Drive daily teaching and learning operations, including smart class distribution, real-time student-teacher attendance tracking, and schedule management.
• Act as an operations contact for partner schools, teachers, and students—delivering timely assistance, updates, and product guidance.
• Identify and resolve real-time operational blockers to ensure zero learning disruption for partner schools.
• Bring creative ideas to automate, streamline, and elevate daily operational workflows and service standards.
• Collaborate with B2B Sales, Regional Teams, Academic Quality, and Product to align execution with goals and SLAs.
