Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an Operations Associate to design and manage class schedules for B2C students and B2B school partnerships, ensuring accuracy within the system.

You will assign tutors based on expertise and availability, send reminders, monitor attendance, and resolve on-the-ground bottlenecks to maintain uninterrupted sessions. Great organizational skills and multi-channel scheduling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1 year of experience in operations administration, CX, or scheduling is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-channel scheduling data.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel; comfortable with dashboards.
• Clear, professional communication with students, parents, tutors, and partners.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, map, and update class schedules for B2C and B2B projects within the system.
• Assign qualified tutors based on subject expertise and availability.
• Send daily session reminders and track attendance; intervene to prevent cancellations.
• Serve as regional point of contact for inquiries and rescheduling.
• Address operational bottlenecks (e.g., last-minute tutor replacements).
• Maintain documentation of class data and attendance for reports.
