Job summary

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years in HR/OD, with strong communication and English fluency. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, HR, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR, People Development, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Learning & Development, or related.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, induction, and employee orientation to meet vacancies and budget.
• Provide qualified candidates based on department requirements and manpower planning.
• Maintain organizational structure, manpower planning, vacancy status, and position data.
• Conduct and support Training Need Analysis (TNA) and annual training plans.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs to improve competencies and performance.
• Support career development, succession planning, IDP, and trainer pool activities.
• Monitor and evaluate competencies and recommend development initiatives.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, KPI, and competency assessments.
