Responsibilities

• Act as HCBP for support function division.
• Conduct training operation as planned.
• Support employee engagement activities from planning to execution.
• Manage the recruitment process including interviewing and assessments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.

Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools
