Job summary

PT Nisson Indonesia is seeking an experienced Organization Development professional to design and implement OD programs aligned with the company strategy.

You will develop organizational structure, job analyses, competency mapping, and career paths while managing talent pools and succession planning, with a focus on data-driven HR insights and continuous improvement.

The role requires CODP certification, 3–5 years in OD, and proficiency in HRIS and dashboards to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Human Resources Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Organization Development/People Development in a medium-sized industry.
• CODP certification required; CHRP & ISO 9001:2015 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Organization Development programs aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and evaluate organizational structure, job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluations, grading, and manpower planning.
• Develop competency mapping and competency gap analysis tailored to organizational needs.
• Develop and evaluate career paths and employee competency development systems.
• Manage talent pool, competency assessments, and succession planning.
• Support performance management, including development and evaluation of KPIs and BSC.
• Develop OD frameworks, SOPs, and tools, and optimize HRIS/digital HR systems.
• Prepare people dashboards and HR reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with related departments in organizational development and workforce optimization.
• Monitor, evaluate, and drive continuous improvement of the OD system.
