Job summary

Agate is seeking a Jr. Talent Operations to run end-to-end recruitment and support the HR backbone, including employee records, contracts, and HR program support. You will own the hiring process from posting to onboarding and coordinate with managers to keep every hire on schedule.

The role demands a detail-oriented, organized candidate with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, comfortable working on-site in Bandung and bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition or HR operations experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidential records.
• Hands-on experience running recruitment processes end-to-end from posting to onboarding.
• Ability to assess candidate profiles against role requirements and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contract, and internship hires—from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain talent pool and notify about new roles to match candidates.
• Keep ATS records accurate; prepare recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, interviewers and internal teams to keep processes on schedule.
