Job summary

PT. BERKAH GIAT JAYA seeks an experienced HR Operation & Recruitment Senior Specialist to manage HRIS (Talenta and Oracle) and drive end-to-end HR processes.

The role covers attendance, leave, overtime, personnel data, and payroll inputs, with a strong emphasis on accurate data and compliant procedures. You will lead mass recruitment for Operations, including Mandarin-speaking candidates, and oversee vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, onboarding, and recruitment analytics from Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in HR with hands-on HRIS management and recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing Talenta and Oracle HRIS including employee data, attendance, leave, overtime, and HR transactions.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, especially mass recruitment for Operations and Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, HR administration, HRIS, and recruitment processes.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in HR data and documentation.
• Data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills; good stakeholder management.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS systems (Talenta and Oracle) and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee end-to-end HRIS processes: attendance, leave, overtime, employee movements, and HR transactions.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation; prepare warning letters and disciplinary docs.
• Support Payroll with accurate attendance, overtime, and payroll data inputs.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards to inform HR decisions.
• Identify HRIS/process issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Lead recruitment for Operations with a focus on mass hiring and Mandarin-speaking talent.
• Manage manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, negotiations, onboarding, and channel development.
• Monitor recruitment performance, optimize channels for cost, quality, speed, and conversion.
• Prepare recruitment reports, monitor budgets, and provide data-driven recommendations.
