Job summary

Agate, an award-winning game developer based in Bandung, Indonesia, is seeking a Jr. Talent Operations to own end-to-end recruitment and keep HR operations running smoothly. You will manage hiring from posting through onboarding, maintain records, contracts, and HR program support, and coordinate with managers and IT for a seamless process.

This role suits detail-oriented individuals who enjoy structure and hands-on ownership of recruitment and HR operations. On-site work in Bandung is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition and/or HR operations.
• Highly organized with confidentiality in records and data.
• Hands-on experience running end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contract, and internship roles from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain talent pool and notify when new roles open.
• Keep candidate and vacancy records accurate in the ATS and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and teams to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
