CIMB Niaga in Jakarta seeks a passionate professional to lead our TCB Development & Leadership Program, shaping future leaders through structured development initiatives and strong relationship-building.
You will partner with senior leaders and HR to design, monitor, and continuously improve leadership programs, ensuring talents grow, stay engaged, and align with business goals. If you thrive on developing people and turning feedback into impact, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join us as TCB Development & Leadership Program Lead — someone who genuinely cares about developing people, nurturing future leaders, and making a meaningful difference in the careers of our talents.
This role is not only about managing development programs. It is about building relationships, understanding people, creating opportunities, and making sure our talents continue to grow and reach their potential.
As the TCB Development & Leadership Program Lead, you will:
Lead the development and continuous improvement of TCB and Leadership Development initiatives, particularly for talents in the mid-career leadership pipeline.
Develop and monitor initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities, career readiness, and long-term development of our TCB talents and alumni.
Maintain close and meaningful relationships with TCB talents and alumni, including through regular 1-on-1 engagement and career conversations.
Demonstrate genuine care and ownership for the career development and progression of TCB graduates.
Partner closely with senior leaders, HR stakeholders, business leaders, and other key partners to create impactful development opportunities.
Monitor the effectiveness and impact of development initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and continuously raise the quality of our talent development experience.
Bring new ideas, challenge the status quo, and continuously look for ways to make our leadership and talent development initiatives better, more relevant, and more impactful.
Go the extra mile to ensure our talents receive the support, exposure, and development opportunities they need to grow.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion and heart for people development, particularly in developing young talents and future leaders.
Is enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive, with a strong drive to make things happen.
Builds strong relationships naturally and enjoys engaging with people at different levels of the organization.
Is comfortable and confident in having conversations and building relationships with senior leaders.
Has strong 1-on-1 relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to understand different personalities, aspirations, and development needs.
Demonstrates a strong growth and continuous improvement mindset — always asking, “How can we make this better?”
Has a strong sense of ownership and is willing to go the extra mile beyond what is expected.
Is able to balance strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.
Is resilient, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
TCB experience or being a TCB alumnus would be an advantage, as it provides a deeper understanding of the TCB journey, culture, expectations, and the development needs of our talents.
This role gives you the opportunity to make a difference beyond delivering programs.
You will have the opportunity to shape the leadership pipeline, stay connected with our TCB talents throughout their career journey, and help our people become stronger leaders for the future.
If you are someone who gets energy from seeing people grow, helping others unlock their potential, building meaningful relationships, and continuously raising the bar,
we would love to hear from you.
