• Lead development and continuous improvement of TCB and Leadership Development initiatives for mid-career talents.
• Develop and monitor programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and career readiness.
• Maintain relationships with TCB talents and alumni with regular engagement and career conversations.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to create impactful development opportunities.
• Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and drive quality improvements.
