Partner with clients to understand business priorities, leadership challenges, and talent development needs
Lead discovery and needs analysis discussions to identify organizational gaps and recommend appropriate assessment solutions
Design and deliver customized Assessment Center programs aligned with client objectives and competency frameworks
Develop strategic proposals and presentations that communicate solution value and business impact effectively
Manage end-to-end consulting projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, timeline management, and quality assurance
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights, recommendations, and consultation throughout the engagement lifecycle
Facilitate assessment-related discussions, calibration sessions, and leadership conversations with senior stakeholders
Collaborate with assessors, psychologists, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Stay updated on industry trends, assessment methodologies, leadership frameworks, and talent management best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the consulting team
Master’s degree in Psychology or any related major
7–10 years of total working experience with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Assessment Center
Proven experience in managing high‑level stakeholders, clients, or organizations
Strong understanding of competency‑based assessment methodologies and talent management practices
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic consulting environment
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and project management capability
Work with diverse organizations and leadership teams across industries
