Job summary

CIMB Niaga is seeking a dedicated TCB Specialist to advance The Complete Bankers (TCB) program and strengthen our leadership pipeline. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to shape development opportunities for TCB talents and alumni, ensuring sustainable growth and readiness for future leadership roles.

The role focuses on leading program improvements, nurturing relationships with participants, and driving innovative initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities and career progression

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of TCB and initiatives.
• Develop and monitor initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities, career readiness, and long-term development of our TCB talents and alumni.
• Maintain close and meaningful relationships with TCB talents and alumni, including through regular 1-on-1 engagement and career conversations.
• Demonstrate genuine care and ownership for the career development and progression of TCB graduates.
• Partner closely with senior leaders, HR stakeholders, business leaders, and other key partners to create impactful development opportunities for TCB talents and alumni.
• Bring new ideas, challenge the status quo, and continuously look for ways to make our TCB development initiatives better, more relevant, and more impactful.
• Go the extra mile to ensure our TCB talents and alumni receive the support, exposure, and development opportunities they need to grow.

Role Purpose

Support the Talent & Leadership Development Head in planning, executing, and continuously improving The Complete Bankers (TCB) program to develop young talent, unlock their potential, and prepare them for future leadership roles, thereby strengthening the Bank’s leadership pipeline and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
