Job summary

PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to lead talent identification, mapping, and development initiatives aligned with business needs. You will analyze data, manage IDPs, and support succession planning, delivering KPIs to guide management decisions.

This role requires 3+ years in Human Capital, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Collaboration with HR and business units is essential for effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Human Capital with Talent Management, L&D, or O.D.
• Strong understanding of talent management processes and succession planning.
• Experience designing and evaluating IDPs, career paths, and development plans.
• Excellent data interpretation and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent identification, assessment, and mapping integrating performance, potential, and competencies.
• Analyze talent data to identify high-potential employees and capability gaps.
• Maintain talent profiles, pools, and competency records with data confidentiality.
• Develop talent development initiatives including IDPs and readiness programs.
• Support succession planning by identifying successors and development actions.
• Collaborate with HC teams to translate talent needs into interventions and career pathways.
• Monitor program implementation and measure KPIs and outcomes.
• Prepare talent management reports, dashboards, and insights for reviews.
