Job summary

PT SATKOMINDO MEDIYASA is seeking a Talent Acquisition and People Development professional to build and manage the IT talent pool, map competencies, and align staffing with project needs. You will work closely with recruitment teams and stakeholders to ensure talent availability and placement quality.

You will monitor performance, identify training gaps, and maintain a detailed talent database aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in Human Capital/HR, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management.
Understanding of recruitment processes, talent mapping, and talent management.
Basic understanding of IT positions and competencies.
Ability to process data and operate Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop talent pool for IT workforce needs.
Conduct talent mapping based on competency, experience, and project requirements.
Coordinate with recruitment teams and stakeholders regarding talent needs and availability.
Monitor and evaluate performance of talent placed on projects.
Identify competency development and training needs for IT talent.
Maintain and update talent database in line with company and client requirements.
