Job summary

PT Gandum Mas Kencana is seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to drive job analysis, organizational design, and workforce optimization at our Tangerang site. You will align structure and workload with business needs and embed KPI-driven development across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Talent Management, or related HR function.
Proven experience in job analysis, job description development, organizational structure design, workload analysis, and performance management systems.
Strong understanding of competency frameworks and the ability to integrate competency matrices and KPIs into HR processes, employee development, and career path planning.
Understanding of Manpower Planning (MPP), workforce analysis, and workforce optimization to ensure alignment between organizational structure, workload, and business requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and delegation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Visio, particularly for organizational design, process mapping, and documentation.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to be placed in Tangerang City, Banten.
