Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Management or similar HR role.
• Experience in talent mapping, development, and succession planning.
• Basic knowledge of Organizational Development concepts and practices.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct talent mapping and talent reviews to identify high-potential employees.
• Plan and coordinate talent development programs including IDPs and leadership development.
• Support succession planning and identify potential successors for key roles.
• Monitor and evaluate progress and effectiveness of development programs.
• Support Organizational Development initiatives and performance management.
