TALENT ACQUISITION & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Duties
Support Manpower Planning (MPP): develop forecasts, monitor headcount, analyze turnover/vacancies, and provide insights for decision-making.
Lead Talent Acquisition process end-to-end: workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Build employer branding and candidate pipelines through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, universities, industry networks).
Conduct psychological assessments using standardized tools (cognitive, personality, aptitude, and competency-based tests) to support recruitment, promotion, and employee development.
Drive Organizational & People Development initiatives: competency frameworks, career development, succession planning, leadership programs, and employee engagement.
Partner with line managers and stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver effective HR interventions.
Track, evaluate, and continuously improve recruitment, assessment, and OD programs to ensure measurable business impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Certified Psychologist (with valid license/SIPP) authorized to conduct psychological assessments; BNSP Certification in relevant HR/Psychology competencies is a strong advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, organizational development, or manpower planning (preferably in mining, energy, or manufacturing industries).
Strong skills in interviewing, psychological assessment (using standardized test tools), and psychometric testing.
Familiar with recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
High adaptability with a strong sense of urgency in meeting organizational needs.
Awareness of corporate safety & environmental standards.
