As a Talent & Culture Supervisor at La Plancha, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives, ensuring a motivated and well-supported team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, talent & culture, or a similar role, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or high-volume operations is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, and Indonesian labor regulations
• Experience in organizing employee engagement activities and culture-building programs
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong understanding of performance management and disciplinary processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust across all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
