Tavolo Group Bali is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple outlets. The role emphasizes strong leadership, policy development, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
You will manage recruitment for both operational and managerial positions and coordinate with external legal consultants as required. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of supervisory HR experience, deep knowledge of HR administration, payroll, BPJS, and HRIS systems, and
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry.
Strong experience in managing HR operations across multiple outlets or business units.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, BPJS, HR administration, and HR reporting.
Good understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations, including employment contracts, working hours, leave, disciplinary actions, termination, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other employment-related matters.
Experience in handling legal and compliance matters, including company licenses, employment-related legal documents, agreements/contracts, correspondence, and coordination with external legal consultants or relevant authorities.
Able to review and prepare basic employment agreements, vendor/service agreements, letters, policies, and other legal-related documents.
Strong ability to ensure company policies and operations comply with applicable labor, business, and hospitality regulations.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for operational and management positions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Able to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures that support business and operational needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS or HR management systems.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
Willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and travel between outlets when required.
