Job summary

PT Nojorono Tobacco International seeks a Talent Assessment Specialist to manage and analyze talent data, support assessments, and coordinate training journeys. You will prepare profiling reports and collaborate with partners to ensure effective execution.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years in talent assessment, strong Excel skills, adaptability, and travel willingness. Location: Kawasan Industri Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, Management, HRM or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent assessment and development, preferably FMCG/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn tools, processes and methods.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
• Work Location: Kawasan Industri Pulo Gadung – Jakarta Timur.

• Provide administrative and operational support for assessment activities and development programs.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment and profiling reports, including scoring sheets, competency evaluations, and summary analyses for talent reviews.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure effective training and development initiatives.

• Support the end-to-end execution of talent assessment processes, including psycho test, assessment centers, and competency-based interviews.
• Provide administrative and operational support for assessment activities and employee development programs.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment and profiling reports, including scoring sheets, competency evaluations, and summary analyses to support talent review discussions.
• Capable to managing coordination with internal/external partners to ensure the effective execution of training and development initiatives, such as classroom training, e-learning, and coaching programs.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, HRM or others related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent assessment and development, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
