• 1-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across levels.
• Proficiency in Office tools and familiarity with ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams.
