Job summary

Indodana in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to build and manage a steady stream of candidates for mass recruitment and for critical business roles. You will shortlist applicants, assess culture fit, and drive the interview process while collaborating on HR projects.

The role requires strong communication, speed, and adaptability to market changes, with a proactive mindset to identify top talents across channels and support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Having 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
• Excellent interviewing skills to identify candidates' talents, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis.
• Have excellent communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Proactive, ambitious, and persistent.
• Recruiting knowledge on banking, insurance, and/or other fintech industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities
