Amartha, a fast-growing Indonesian fintech, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support sourcing and administrative tasks. You will assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and learning interview planning.

This role offers hands-on exposure to ATS management, screening, and building strong talent pipelines in a dynamic, inclusive environment. You will collaborate with a diverse team and gain practical recruitment experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Mass recruitment experience not required but a plus.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and processes.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Open-minded, resilient, and excited by new challenges.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and relationship-building talents.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings to gain insights into interview planning and best practices.
• Manage job postings in the ATS and on various career platforms.
• Support the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, including background and reference checks.
