Qualifications

Your Day-to-Day

Teacher Hiring Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily recruitment operations and ensuring the company attracts and hires high-quality candidates in a timely and efficient manner. This role leads the recruitment team, manages interview and assessment processes, and ensures hiring standards are maintained consistently. The Hiring Supervisor also drives process improvements, builds recruitment SOPs, and enhances overall hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience leading interview frameworks and candidate assessment standards.
• Strong analytical skills in recruitment KPI tracking and reporting.
• Proven leadership experience managing recruiters or Talent Acquisition teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
