SEVEN Retail Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate (SPV) for Education to oversee teacher recruitment operations and lead the TA team in a growing education-focused portfolio. You will drive standardized interview processes, equity in hiring, and KPI reporting to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in recruitment, 2–3 years in supervision, and a degree in psychology, HR, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of recruitment experience, with 2–3 years in supervision.
• Experience leading interview frameworks and candidate assessments.
• Strong analytical skills for recruitment KPI tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead recruiters or TA teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment operations for teacher roles.
• Coordinate hiring needs with center teams and workforce planning.
• Lead and standardize interview and assessment processes.
• Ensure hiring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain recruitment SOPs and assessment frameworks.
• Supervise recruiters and monitor performance.
• Track KPIs such as time-to-hire and pass rates.
• Manage scheduling and reporting systems for recruitment.
• Ensure proper documentation and candidate database management.
• Drive improvements in funnel conversion and candidate experience.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process optimization.
