Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Recruitment Intern for the Education Business Unit to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities. You will draft and post job descriptions, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining accurate ATS data and generating recruitment insights.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, business, or psychology, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support the sourcing process by identifying potential candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, managing all logistical details.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
