Join us as an HR Operations Associate to source, assess and recruit Mandarin teachers who meet our language and teaching standards, screen applicants, coordinate tests, and guide candidates from sourcing through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience recruiting teachers or education roles.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Source and assess qualified Mandarin-speaking teachers.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate Mandarin proficiency tests and teaching demonstrations.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline across locations.
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Operations and HR to meet timelines.

Your Day-to-Day

• Responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting qualified Mandarin teachers who meet the program’s language proficiency and teaching standards.


• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews


• Coordinate Mandarin proficiency tests, teaching demonstrations, and user interviews.


• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.


• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline to support teacher demand across locations.


• Collaborate with Curriculum, Operations, and HR teams to ensure recruitment standards and timelines are met.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Mandarin Studies, or a related field.


• Experience in recruitment, preferably for teachers or education-related roles.


• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.


• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.


• Organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.


• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
