Job summary

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and lead employer branding across campuses and digital platforms in Indonesia. The role partners with business leaders to deliver effective recruitment solutions and to improve onboarding and retention for long-term success.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology/management/HR with at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition, including 2 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy & employer branding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related data analysis tools for recruitment reporting.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools to create recruitment content.

We are also expanding our footprint in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.

Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts.

Our rollout teams are supported by technical design, new build and collocation engineering specialist and project management specialists across the country.
