Job summary

PT Binajasa Sumber Sarana (BSS Recruitment) is seeking a Business Development Engineer in the ISP sector. The role focuses on understanding client tech needs and delivering tailored solutions, with strong emphasis on proposals, negotiations, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing Management, or related field.
• 1 year of ISP industry experience or equivalent.
• Understand client business processes and project business cases.
• Experience with RFPs, tenders, proposals, and presentations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, target-driven, proactive and hardworking.
• Excellent teamwork and professional presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.

Business Development Engineer (ISP Industry)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing Management, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.

Good understanding of customer business processes and project business cases with a business-oriented mindset.

Experienced in RFP, tender/proposal preparation, and presentation.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented, target-driven, proactive, and hardworking.

Strong teamwork and professional presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Job Descriptions :

Understand and determine the client's technical requirements and provide them with solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Suggest appropriate and effective solutions based on the clients' identified technical needs.

Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
