Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is offering a paid Talent Acquisition internship in Jakarta. The role covers sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing for operational positions.

You will assist in TA projects and help fulfill employee requests while handling large data processing tasks. Qualified students in Psychology or HR Management who can use MS Office will thrive in this role. This internship requires office presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1st year of university or graduate in Psychology/HR Management (active student certificate acceptable).
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible and honest with good work ethics.
• Willing to work in office, five days a week (one day allowed for campus affairs).

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment processes for operational roles (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing).
• Assist with ongoing Talent Acquisition projects.
• Assist in fulfilling employee requests and data processing tasks.
• Support TA activities as needed and learn internal processes.
