Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and fluent in English.
• 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Mining sector recruitment experience is required.
• Experience with headhunting or recruitment agencies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mining roles and the Indonesian mining talent market.
• Proven ability to conduct direct sourcing and approach passive candidates.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.

Our client, a private investment company with a diverse portfolio of mining businesses, is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to support recruitment activities across its portfolio.

Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and candidate sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates from multiple sources and maintain talent pipeline for recurring positions
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Utilise job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct headhunting approaches
• Monitor recruitment progress and prepare hiring reports.
• Support employer-branding and talent-mapping initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree and fluent in English.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Previous recruitment experience covering mining sector is required
• Experience working for a headhunter or recruitment agency is a plus
• Strong understanding of mining roles and the Indonesian mining talent market.
