Job summary

Atain, based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top candidates across multiple roles within the organization.

You will lead and coach a team of recruiters, partner with hiring managers to plan workforce needs, and oversee the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while staying compliant with Indonesian regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience recruiting for local Indonesian roles is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Word.
• Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Lead and coach a team of recruiters for consistent delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers to plan and align hiring with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Track and report metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment trends.
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding locally.
