Job summary

Atain is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our Yogyakarta-based team on a 1-year contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for local Indonesian roles, partnering with hiring managers, and driving a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of recruitment experience or fresh graduates with strong interest in Talent Acquisition, strong Excel/Word skills, and willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
• Experience recruiting for local Indonesian clients or roles is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willing and able to work from or relocate to Yogyakarta.
• Open to a 1-year contract under the Indonesia branch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple roles within the organization.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters by providing coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to ensure delivery of high‑standard recruitment services.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to identify gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
• Stay current with recruitment trends, best practices, and Indonesian labor regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Champion a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the local market.
