PT Mitra Pajakku is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Relations specialist in Jakarta to attract top talent, build strong pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to shape high-performing teams that drive business forward.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source through LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, campus programs, and other channels, screen candidates, conduct assessments, and oversee onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions.
• Proficient in candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Glints.
• Experience administering psychological assessments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and build quality pipelines via multiple channels and platforms.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and evaluate fit.
• Oversee onboarding documentation, records, and confidentiality.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and HR data to support decisions.
• Establish partnerships with universities to strengthen employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
