Job summary

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, based in Malang, Indonesia, seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for our fast-growing F&B group. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding while building sustainable talent pipelines.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external channels to attract great talent, help meet hiring targets, and enhance our recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles or functions.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening across multiple channels.
• Experience building and managing talent pools and pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Target-driven with hiring targets and recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in recruitment administration and documentation.
• Proactive, independent, and able to collaborate with HR teams.
• Experience in F&B, Retail, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Malang.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive candidate sourcing through multiple channels and platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate candidate assessments and interview scheduling.
• Ensure timely offers, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
• Achieve hiring targets while maintaining candidate quality.
• Evaluate and optimize recruitment channels for better results.
• Support employer branding initiatives and TA strategy.
• Maintain HRBP administration and recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align priorities.
