This role requires 2-4 years in recruitment, strong sourcing abilities, and experience with ATS. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and drive successful hires while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Based in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to source passive and active candidates.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress.
