XTB is expanding its Southeast Asia footprint and building a local Talent Acquisition capability in Indonesia. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for the Indonesian market, partnering with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to define role requirements and build ideal candidate profiles.

You will source top talent across local and international markets, advise on salary benchmarks and recruitment KPIs, and manage offers in line with Indonesian regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience (Fintech preferred).
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian talent market and local sourcing channels.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indonesian market across business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to define role requirements.
• Design and optimise selection processes to improve quality and candidate experience.
• Source and engage top talent using local and international channels.
• Advise on salary benchmarks, recruitment KPIs and labour market insights.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future needs.
• Navigate offer negotiations and align with local compensation practices.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour law and company policies.
• Promote XTB as an employer of choice in Indonesia.
