Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group is seeking a proactive Warehouse & Logistics Foreman to lead warehouse operations and distribution in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure inventory accuracy, smooth delivery operations, and drive operational excellence across logistics processes, reporting to the logistics manager.

The role requires a minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in warehousing or logistics in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock opname.
• Plan and manage delivery schedules and fleet utilization.
• Supervise logistics team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for logistics activities.
• Coordinate with related departments to support operational needs.
• Handle operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, Quality, ISO, and Safety standards.
• Develop team capability through coaching and performance evaluation.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Familiar with KPI monitoring and operational improvement
• Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarang
