Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in West Java. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates actively, and collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and selection criteria.

In this role, you will drive recruitment strategies via portals, social media, and events, analyze metrics, and support onboarding to uphold Cahaya Jakarta's employer brand in a manufacturing/B2B setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or B2B.
• End-to-end recruitment experience and active sourcing.
• Experience with portals, LinkedIn, social media, networks; ATS is a plus.
• Ability to define job descriptions and selection criteria; collaborate with hiring managers.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, funnel, source effectiveness).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies via company site, social media, and portals.
• Manage CV screening, interviews, and job offers.
• Build relationships with candidates and educational institutions.
• Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes with leaders.
• Coordinate with OD & HC team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain the company's employer branding and image.
