Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group seeks an experienced Maintenance leader to drive a high-performance maintenance organization in our manufacturing environment. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, manage budgets, and align maintenance with business priorities.

The role requires a strong background in TPM, Lean, RCA, and OEE improvement, with hands-on experience in CMMS and budgeting. English proficiency is expected for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or department head role, preferably in printing/packaging/label or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, asset reliability, maintenance planning, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with CMMS, spare parts management, and maintenance budgeting.

Key responsibilities

About you

Bachelor's Degree in EElectrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or department head role, preferably in the printing, packaging, label, or FMCG manufacturing industry

Strong expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, asset reliability, maintenance planning, and equipment lifecycle management

Solid knowledge of printing machinery, electrical systems, PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and utilities

Hands-on experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), OEE improvement, and maintenance cost optimization

Familiarity with CMMS, spare parts management, and maintenance budgeting

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good command of English, both written and spoken
