Job summary

SKINTIFIC is seeking a highly driven Customer Service Agent L1 who speaks Tagalog to support our growing Southeast Asia beauty brand in Jakarta. You will handle live chat inquiries, assist with orders, and ensure a smooth experience across channels with empathy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, is fluent in Tagalog and English, and can work shifts onsite in Jakarta.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any major.
1–2 years in customer service or live chat support.
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric mindset with ability to multitask.
Familiarity with live chat and CRM systems is a plus.
Willing to work shifts and be onsite in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers via live chat to answer questions about products, orders, and services.
Assist with order placement, tracking, and cancellations.
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Deliver friendly, empathetic, and efficient customer service.
Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed.
Educate customers on products, promotions, usage, and self-service options.
Collect and report customer feedback for service and product improvements.
